CB’s Crappie Slayers was built from a simple passion — Crappie Fishing!!

My wife and I have always loved spending time on the water chasing crappie. Some of our best memories have come from early mornings on the river, figuring out what the fish want that day and enjoying the peaceful moments that only fishing can bring.

Several years ago, I started experimenting with making my own soft plastic baits. At first it was just for fun and to see if I could create something that worked even better for the way we fish. I began playing with different colors, glitter combinations, and tail designs, constantly testing them out on the water.

Before long, those homemade baits started catching fish — a lot of them. Friends and fellow anglers began asking for them, and what started as a small hobby quickly grew into something much bigger.

Today, CB’s Crappie Slayers is still built on that same passion. Every bait is designed with real fishing experience behind it and tested on the water to make sure it performs the way anglers expect.

What began as a love for crappie fishing between my wife and me has turned into a business I truly enjoy — creating baits that help others experience the same excitement of feeling that crappie thump on the line.

At the end of the day, we’re just anglers who love the sport and take pride in making baits that help people catch more fish and enjoy the water as much as we do.
